In 2007, we held our first Cake Baking Contest. Our contestants created some of cutest and best tasting cakes, to help Columbia celebrate it's 200th Anniversary. We hope this year's contest will once again bring out our community's talented bakers. So Ladies, Gents, and children start your ovens, and bake your favorite cake. We want you to WOW our judges.
This year's theme is "Symbols of Freedom".
After the judging of the cakes and awards, cakes will then auction off to help support the festival. If you can't bake come and buy one of our prize cakes!
