Real Estate Donations Requested

The Columbia Chamber of Commerce is requesting the following donations of real estate for the continued permanent operations of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce:

•  Building located on 1-2 acres of property located on or near Route 82 in Columbia Station, OH -- for creating a permanent suitable single physical location for the Columbia Chamber of Commerce where a few office rooms can be created along with a large meeting room for holding Chamber and community meetings in conjunction with a large outside parking lot area.

OR

• 1-2 acres of vacant property located on or near Route 82 in Columbia Station, Ohio -- for creating a permanent suitable single physical location for the Columbia Chamber of Commerce where a building with a few office rooms can be created along with a large meeting room for holding Chamber and community meetings in conjunction with a large outside parking lot area.

Making a donation could be a great tax deduction for you or your company.  The Columbia Chamber of Commerce is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Ohio, and we would be glad to accept your donation.
