Sally Roscoe's Biography I was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. At the age of nine, my family moved to Cleveland, Ohio. I graduated from Rhodes High School in Cleveland in 1975. I went to Tri-C West for 2 years, with a major in Criminal Justice. In 1977, I joined the Army reserve, for three years. I lived in Wisconsin, Arizona, Alaska and Montana before returning back to Cleveland. I worked in the Security/Law Enforcement field for over 20 years before changing careers to bookkeeping. I have been a volunteer at my former Church in Lakewood, Ohio as the bookkeepers for the past eight years. I have been the bookkeeper part-time at Andy Pac, Inc. for five years. Since 2003, I have been the Treasurer for the Homeowners' Association in my community.
