Debra J. Rose's Biography Debra Rose was born, raised and has lived in Columbia Township for over forty years. Her father's family has been in Columbia since the 1940's. She lived in San Jose, California for eleven years, but knew her heart was really in Columbia, and wanted to raise her three children here. In 1998 her husband Bill and her became foster parents. Since then they have adopted two more children and are currently fostering another child. Debra believes that her family is the soul of her life! Debra has been employed since 1978 in the purchasing field. She is employed as a Facilities & Purchasing Administrator for CT Logistics in Parma, and is the bookkeeper and secretary for her husband's business Rose's Floor Service. Currently she is a member of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, Columbia Homecoming, Cisco Kids 4-H Club, Friends of the Columbia Library and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Debra was the recipient of our 2006 Chamber Member of the Year. Debra has spent numerous hours working to expand the benefits and the service area for the Chamber. She has been the Director of the Columbia Homecoming Festival since 2005.
